Offering you one-stop services, our construction team will visit your homesite to assist you in expertly selecting the right building site for your custom home in order to maximize views, terrain, privacy, and more. Designing a home, engineering, and budgeting a home that meets your lifestyle and budget needs, rest assured that our team will be with you every step of the way including the selection of designer features and finishes for your dream home.
BUILD YOUR DREAM
If you thought the design phase was fun, wait until we start building your new Colorado home. We kick off this special time with a champagne dig day celebration with your family and Realtor in attendance. Throughout this 6 – 8 month process, you’ll receive regular updates and photos from our sales and construction teams. Home walk throughs with our construction and design teams are held at critical stages of construction. As a new member of the Jayden Homes family, we welcome you to visit your home throughout the building phase but ask that you try to schedule your visits for after hours and weekends to ensure your safety and to avoid impacting our trade partners who are working diligently to meet our schedules and complete your home on time!
